Booking Policy
At Unbound Chiropractic, we value your time and are committed to providing you with the highest quality of care. To ensure that we can serve all our clients effectively, we have established the following missed appointment policy:
Booking’s & Payments:
All initial consultations require full payment at the time of booking. This secures your appointment and allows us to dedicate the time and preparation necessary for your first visit.
Payments are securely processed via Stripe, our trusted third-party payment provider.
Following your initial visit, your card details will be securely stored for future visits.
For subsequent adjustments, your card will be automatically charged after each appointment and a receipt will be issued via email.
Receipts can be used to claim rebates with your private health provider, where applicable.
Appointment Reschedule or Cancellation: We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 12 hours' notice.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 50% of the service cost. This policy is in place to help us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments.
No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged the full service fee.
Payment: Any fees incurred due to late cancellations or no-shows will be processed on your account and must be settled before scheduling your next appointment.
Exceptions: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a genuine reason for a late cancellation or no-show, please contact us to discuss your situation.
